This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Maria Sergeevna Turkina (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator’s primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities is the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal, and family secrets.

1.2. This Privacy Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://marimay.online/.

2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing devices.

2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is required to clarify personal data).

2.3. Website — a set of graphical and informational materials, as well as software and databases, ensuring their accessibility on the internet through a network address https://en.marimay.online/.

2.4. Personal Data Information System — a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.

2.5. Anonymization of Personal Data — actions that make it impossible to determine, without using additional information, the association of personal data with a specific User or another subject of personal data.

2.6. Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, whether or not using automation means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2.7. Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal or natural person, independently or in collaboration with others, organizing and/or performing personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the content of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2.8. Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://en.marimay.online/.

2.9. Personal data authorized by the data subject for dissemination — personal data to which an unrestricted circle of individuals is granted access by the data subject through consent to the processing of personal data, authorized by the data subject for dissemination in accordance with the Personal Data Law (hereinafter referred to as personal data authorized for dissemination).

2.10. User — any visitor to the website https://en.marimay.online/.

2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

2.12. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined circle of individuals (transfer of personal data) or making personal data accessible to an unrestricted circle of individuals, including the publication of personal data in the media, placing it in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.

2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data — the transfer of personal data to a foreign state to a foreign authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.

3.1. The Operator has the right to:
• Receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
• In case of withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data by the data subject, as well as a request to cease processing personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the data subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
• Independently determine the scope and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the Personal Data Law and regulations adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.

3.2. The Operator is obligated to:
• Provide the data subject with information related to the processing of their personal data upon request;
• Organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Respond to requests and inquiries from data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
• Provide the authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects with necessary information upon their request within 10 days from the date of receipt of such request;
• Publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Privacy Policy regarding personal data processing;
• Take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions regarding personal data;
• Cease the transfer (dissemination, provision, access) of personal data, cease processing, and destroy personal data in accordance with the procedures and cases specified in the Personal Data Law;
• Fulfill other obligations specified in the Personal Data Law.

4.1. Data subjects have the right to:
• Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal laws. The information is provided by the Operator in an accessible form, and it must not contain personal data relating to other data subjects, except where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law;
• Request the Operator to correct their personal data, block, or delete it in cases where the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared purpose of processing, and take the legal measures to protect their rights;
• Require prior consent for the processing of personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works, and services in the market;
• Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data and submit a request to stop the processing of their personal data;
• Appeal to the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights or through the judicial process against the unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator in the processing of their personal data;
• Exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. Data subjects are obligated to:
• Provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves;
• Notify the Operator of any clarifications (updates, changes) to their personal data.

4.3. Individuals who provide the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves, or information about another data subject without their consent, shall be held liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.1. Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.

5.2. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, pre-defined, and lawful objectives. Personal data processing incompatible with the purposes of data collection is not allowed.

5.3. The merging of databases containing personal data, processed for incompatible purposes, is not allowed.

5.4. Only personal data that aligns with the goals of their processing are subject to processing.

5.5. The content and scope of personal data processed must align with the stated goals of processing. The processing of excessive personal data in relation to the stated goals is not allowed.

5.6. During personal data processing, accuracy, adequacy, and, when necessary, relevance to the goals of processing must be ensured. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures their adoption to delete or correct incomplete or inaccurate data.

5.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the processing goals, unless the retention period is specified by federal law, a contract, or an agreement in which the data subject is a party or beneficiary. Personal data is either destroyed or anonymized once the processing goals are achieved or when further processing is unnecessary, unless otherwise stipulated by federal law.

Purpose of processing: collection of requests for website development. Personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, phone numbers. Legal basis: contracts concluded between the operator and the data subject. Types of personal data processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and anonymization of personal data.

7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the data subject for the processing of their personal data.

7.2. Personal data processing is necessary for achieving the goals stipulated by international agreements of the Russian Federation or by law, for the performance of functions, powers, and duties assigned to the operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. Personal data processing is necessary for the administration of justice, the enforcement of a court ruling, an act of another authority, or an official act, subject to enforcement in accordance with the Russian Federation’s legislation on enforcement proceedings.

7.4. Personal data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for entering into a contract at the initiative of the data subject or a contract where the data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.

7.5. Personal data processing is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the operator or third parties, or for achieving socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the data subject are not violated.

7.6. Personal data processing is carried out for data made publicly available by the data subject or at their request (hereinafter — publicly available personal data).

7.7. Personal data processing is carried out for data that must be published or disclosed in accordance with federal law.

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation on personal data protection.

8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

8.2. The personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of applicable legislation or if the data subject has given the Operator consent to transfer the data to a third party for the fulfillment of obligations under a civil law contract.

8.3. In case inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address marimay.inbox@gmail.com with the note "Personal Data Update".

8.4. The duration of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the goals for which the personal data was collected, unless another period is provided by the contract or applicable legislation. The User may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator’s email address marimay.inbox@gmail.com with the subject "Revocation of Consent for Personal Data Processing".

8.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers, is stored and processed by these entities (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The data subject and/or the relevant documents provided by these entities are subject to these agreements. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this section.

8.6. Restrictions set by the data subject on the transfer (except for providing access) and on the processing or conditions of processing (except for granting access) of personal data authorized for dissemination do not apply in cases of personal data processing in state, public, and other public interests as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during its processing.

8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows identification of the data subject, for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, unless the retention period is specified by federal law, a contract, or an agreement in which the data subject is a party or beneficiary.

8.9. The processing of personal data may cease upon the achievement of the processing objectives, the expiration of the consent provided by the data subject, the revocation of consent by the data subject, a request to cease processing, or the discovery of unlawful processing of personal data.

9.1. The Operator performs the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

9.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with the receipt and/or transmission of the received information via information and telecommunication networks or without such transmission.

10.1. Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights of their intention to carry out such transfer (this notification is sent separately from the notification of the intention to process personal data).

10.2. Before submitting the aforementioned notification, the Operator must obtain relevant information from the authorities of the foreign state, foreign individuals, and foreign legal entities to whom the cross-border transfer of personal data is planned.

The Operator and other individuals who have gained access to personal data are obligated not to disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

12.1. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at marimay.inbox@gmail.com.

12.2. This document will reflect any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
