I began work on the website by analyzing the target audience. I created a survey for women who had previously taken Maria’s offline course and studied dozens of client reviews. Based on the collected insights, I identified the key challenges women face when applying makeup and used this information to craft the website copy.
After discussing references, I proposed a visual style based on the contrast between bright fuchsia and creamy tones — representing flawless makeup, like the perfect lipstick shade and smooth skin tone. To ensure the content matched the concept, I helped prepare a photoshoot brief, which the client used to organize a custom shoot.
During the layout phase, I integrated a payment system with flexible pricing options, including installment plans and discounts. I also developed a personal account area in the site’s visual style, where students can watch lessons, submit homework for review by curators, and access learning materials.
